We are seeking a Medical Office Professional to join our team at Grampians Health. This challenging yet rewarding role involves managing front desk reception, handling appointments and enquiries, and preparing documentation within the COMRAD system. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing databases and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and liaise effectively with reporting doctors, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage reception duties, including answering phones, greeting patients, and responding to in-person enquiries.
  • Accurately prepare and manage patient documentation and data entry in the COMRAD system.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all correspondence, documentation, and communications.

Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and accurate data entry.
  • Proven ability to manage databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and patient-centred service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
