Job Title

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Casual Pool. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • You will work varied shifts across multiple locations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients.

  • With your expertise and passion for nursing, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions tailored to each patient's health goals.

  • You will also have the opportunity to lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all health policies and procedures is crucial in this role.

  • You will participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold the values of NSW Health.

Requirements

  • You must be an experienced Registered Nurse with current registration and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential in this role.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts across multiple locations is required.

  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare setting with a focus on continuous improvement.
