Job Description

Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day at IPAR. You will be part of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Case management with manageable caseloads and the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Full Membership with ASORC
  • Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
  • Excellent time management skills - able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
  • A desire to problem-solve with the confidence to be innovative, use initiative, and achieve results
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
  • Energy and drive to grow our services
  • A current driver's license and access to their own vehicle
