Trade Counter/Customer Service Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter/Customer Service representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for serving incoming customers at the trade counter in a professional and helpful manner.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Serve customers in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service skills.
">- Arrange quotes for customers as required, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
">- Maintain stock levels in the showroom, including regular restocking of shelves and display units.
">- Ensure the general appearance of the showroom is maintained, including straightening items on display and keeping dust-free.
">Requirements:
">- Self-motivated and able to adapt well to an ever-changing environment.
">- Ethical, honest, reliable, punctual.
">- Great problem-solving skills.
">- Excellent Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
">- Strong communication and time management skills.
">- Excellent attitude and positive nature.
">- Hold a valid driver's license.
">- Maintain focus and deliver results.
">- Open & Available for travel.
