We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Modelling Manager or Senior Manager (Associate Director) to join our Decision Support Modelling & Analytics (Modelling) team within the Valuation, Modelling & Economics (VME) division at Iris Software. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving the success of our clients and the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing teams to deliver high-quality financial and strategic analysis to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the Strategy and Transactions teams
  • Plan and execute engagement objectives and strategies that address client needs
  • Make use of and share extensive modelling capability and experience with the team
  • Focus on business and practice development, as well as developing team members to achieve their goals
Requirements
  • Strong experience building, enhancing, and leading others to build complex 3-way and other financial models
  • Sound knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
  • A keen interest in understanding and solving problems
  • A bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work experience
  • Excellent financial, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
