About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Traffic Controller to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, conducting outbound calls to verify customer identities through due diligence.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for new and existing clients.
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients to ensure KYC collection is undertaken promptly.
- Conduct research using available systems, databases, and the internet to resolve investigations.
- Meet personal and team objectives, achieving consistent service standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, able to work as part of a team, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in MS Office Suite and a quality focus are also essential.
