About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to people's lives by providing support and assistance in their homes.

As a Home Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering daily living support, personal care services, and companionship to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support, including household chores, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Deliver personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, and medication management.
  • Offer transportation and social support to clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Reside in or near Tamworth NSW, with access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Possess a current Australian Driver's Licence and a registered vehicle.
  • Hold at least 3 months of experience in a paid Aged Care setting.
  • Able to work a minimum of 6 hours per day between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • Commit to our comprehensive training program upon commencing employment.
