Office Experience Manager

The Workplace Ambassador will be the main point of contact for employees, ensuring they have an exceptional experience in every interaction. This role involves delivering on-site workplace related services and providing authentic service experiences that bond the relationship between the company and their guests.
This role plays a crucial part in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, responding to feedback, and assisting in the co-ordination and delivery of day-to-day office premises management.
Key Responsibilities:- Build rapport with clients and ensure their needs are met to minimize escalations
- Support the delivery of internal general services for staff across various disciplines including property, facilities, ergonomics, emergency preparedness, event management, desk and parking booking, meeting rooms, AV/VC issues, and general building orientation
- Ensure adherence to workplace guidelines to create a welcoming, safe, and productive environment
- Establish strong relationships with all stakeholders and respond to feedback to improve the employee experience
- Display flexibility in availability to ensure coverage on all conference centre floors during high volume workloads
- Provide guidance to colleagues on navigating self-service functions for technical support such as security, safety, and IT issues
- Manage the mailroom and deliver administration and logistic support to enhance the employee experience
- Drive digital influence within departments by maximizing digital correspondence distribution
