Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead patient-centered healthcare delivery across adult prisons and youth detention settings.

You will be responsible for driving multidisciplinary reform and strategic system improvement, making a meaningful impact on health and justice outcomes in Queensland.

The role requires senior-level leadership experience in health service delivery, ideally in custodial, primary, or preventative health, alongside demonstrated capability managing large operational teams and clinical governance frameworks.

A strong commitment to inclusion, public sector values, and culturally safe care is essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships across Queensland Health, corrections, youth justice, and community partners.

This role offers a unique chance to contribute to health and justice outcomes in Queensland while leading one of the most purposeful roles in the health system.
