Job Description
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with activities of daily living such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.
  • Deliver care in accordance with client care plans developed by registered nurses or other qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Meet the safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete accurate and thorough records and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).
  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
  • NDIS Clearance.
