Senior Mental Health Specialist

**Job Summary:**
">We are seeking a skilled Mental Health and AOD Clinician to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a specialist in mental health and alcohol other drugs, you will provide high-quality evidence-based psychological therapies and clinical interventions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans.">
- Provide individual evidence-based psychological therapies and clinical interventions.">
- Facilitate group interventions focused on various treatment modalities.">
- Maintain strong working partnerships with public and private mental health and AOD services.">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in AOD and mental health, proven clinical experience applying evidence-based psychological therapies and interventions, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Formal tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, mental health nursing, or occupational therapy are required, along with completed certificate IV in AOD or 4 AOD core competencies.
