Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Solution Lead, you will oversee the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and drive transformative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business analysts and clients to understand business requirements and design solutions.
  • Design solutions that deliver sustainable value.
  • Prepare and present solution proofs of concepts and solution designs.
  • Actively engage and participate in governance mechanisms and processes.
  • Champion solution designs for clients and guide implementation.
  • Review developers' implementations, champion best practices, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure project delivery meets requirements for authorized technologies within the Federal Government space, including Cyber Security Information Security Manual controls and records management requirements to meet the Archives Act.
  • Lead and manage the delivery of multiple concurrent projects from design through to delivery and transition to sustainment.
