We are seeking a skilled and dedicated plumbing expert to play a key role in delivering technical guidance and support to the industry.

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and be able to provide timely assistance to the sales team, including joint calls to resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical support, providing expert advice on plumbing-related matters.
  • Resolve in-market AS&S issues, working closely with local service agents to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Lead the resolution of quality issues affecting installations, implementing effective solutions and driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical solutions for customer problems raised through the escalation process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and guide the business on training impacts.
