The Role
  • Leading projects from early client briefing and tendering through to construction and delivery.
  • Managing programs, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth, timely project delivery.
  • Overseeing project financials, procurement, cost tracking and variations.
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, trades and internal teams.
  • Coordinating with design and estimating teams to provide buildability advice.
  • Championing quality, safety and best practice across every stage of the project.
About You
  • 4 - 6+ years' experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in a Project Manager role.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build trust and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Solid commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets and contract admin.
  • Organised, proactive and confident juggling multiple moving parts.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
  • Familiar with D&C delivery and project tools.
