Job Title: Operations Performance Manager

Overview

This role involves managing operations for a multi-site contract. The successful candidate will oversee multiple bases, measure and report on operational performance compliance against contractual obligations, and drive continuous improvement across all sites.

About the Role
  • Manage operations under the PAS Regional Operations Manager.
  • Oversee multiple bases, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Develop and implement an audit schedule to ensure regular internal audits of staff and external contractors.
Responsibilities
  • Perform internal audits to evaluate adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify non-compliances and develop corrective action plans.
  • Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational objectives are met.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance, quality control, and operational procedures.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the defence sector or a large organisation.
  • Proven experience in audit management and conducting internal audits.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.

Please note that you must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
