We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Strategist to join our Operations Digital Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving business-critical initiatives that drive growth and improvement across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic direction and business architecture expertise to senior management on operational trends, process optimization, and business risks.
  2. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis on complex challenges, leveraging internal and external data sources to inform decision-making and drive actionable insights.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT architects to ensure that technology and infrastructure support business goals, and lead cross-functional programs and initiatives to meet strategic objectives.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and support cost and resource management.
  5. Compliance: Ensure continued compliance with FedEx internal processes, industry standards, and legislative requirements across all program phases.
  6. Communication: Develop comprehensive reports, business plans, and strategic proposals for senior leadership, influencing corporate goals and initiatives.
  7. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships across divisions and executive teams, contributing to the alignment and achievement of business goals and strategic objectives.

Your Background

  • Educational Requirements: A degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in program-, project-, and/or product management, engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendors.
  • Skills: Strong planning and organizing skills, with experience in developing and improving team processes and procedures. Familiarity with research, data analysis, and applying technical solutions to complex problems.
  • Tech Skills: Expertise in managing projects with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Experience in forward planning and organizing work over mid-term periods (up to a quarter).
  • Soft Skills: Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
