About the Role

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team and work closely with our Director to service a portfolio of commercial clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial SME/Mid Market clients, collecting client information for new quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims, and processing payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial SME/Mid Market clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Collect client information for new quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims, and process payments, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide seamless service and support to clients.
  • Work closely with the Director to grow the business and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience working as an Insurance Broker, preferably in a commercial SME/Mid Market environment.
  • Tier 1 qualification in insurance.
  • Fantastic communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
