Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure optimal project and commercial outcomes.
- Identify, manage, and resolve project commercial issues and risks.
- Provide expert commercial and contractual advice and support to the project delivery team.
- Manage day-to-day aspects of delivery contracts, including correspondence, progress claims, payments, variations, and claims.
- Monitor transaction compliance, including deliverables, costs, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Manage claims or disputes by implementing strategies and escalating where necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in managing significant contracts over $250m - 500m.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Law, Commerce, Business, or related fields.
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Advanced influencing and problem-solving skills.
