Dental Reception Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Reception Specialist to join our dynamic team at the University of Western Australia's Oral Health Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dental reception services, including maintaining electronic patient records, handling cash and EFTPOS transactions, and supporting the reception team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dental reception duties, including greeting patients, handling phone calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
- Process cash, cheque, and EFTPOS transactions, and manage cash handling and reconciliation
- Support the reception team in providing administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and communication
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in dental or medical reception, preferably with experience in maintaining electronic patient records. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and perform tasks with a high level of accuracy.
