The Opportunity
Holmesglen is seeking a skilled plumbing professional to cultivate a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere for students. This role presents a chance to utilise compelling teaching methods that inspire students' passion for the plumbing sector.
The successful candidate will have industry expertise and a student-centred focus, with a commitment to educational excellence. They will be able to apply contemporary teaching and learning methods to maximise student learning outcomes.
About You
- Completed a plumbing apprenticeship and proven experience as a registered/licensed plumber.
- Substantial industry and teaching experience with a focus on student-centred learning and a commitment to educational excellence.
- Ability to apply contemporary teaching and learning methods to maximise student learning outcomes.
- An approved degree or diploma in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116); or
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE including units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502.
