We are seeking a friendly and warm individual to join our Food & Beverage team at Aveo, a leader in retirement living. If you love building connections and enhancing lives, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage staff member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals and service to our residents. You will work in a fast-paced environment, connecting with residents dining in our restaurant and assisting with food preparation in the kitchen.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents during meal times
  • Assist with daily meal preparation, kitchen hand duties, and barista experience is a bonus
  • Deliver food and beverages to residents
  • Participate in morning teas, afternoon teas, and happy hours
  • Set up and pack down the restaurant
  • FOLLOW all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices

Requirements

  • A minimum of two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations
  • A current Police check
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
