Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Operator to join our team at FlexiStaff. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for operating various large mobile plant equipment, including construction and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile plant equipment, including excavators, front-end loaders, and skid-steer loaders, to perform construction and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of infrastructure, including roadworks, footpaths, kerbing, and drainage systems.
  • Participate in asphalt and concrete work, including drainage sump works and cleaning.
  • Perform general labouring duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • HR Licence.
  • Excavator ticket.
  • Front-end loader ticket.
  • Skid-steer loader ticket.
  • Cert 3 civil construction (desirable).
  • Traffic management ticket.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
