Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support residents' activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers.
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programs to improve residents' functional abilities and quality of life.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in Residential Aged Care.
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Australian working rights.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check.
