Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Environmental Planning Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role will be responsible for providing expert environmental planning services to our clients in the Energy and Water sectors.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in environmental planning, with a strong understanding of project delivery and stakeholder engagement. They will be able to lead projects and teams, develop strategic relationships, and provide guidance on environmental assessment and management practices.

About the Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on environmental planning and assessment;
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery;
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow our planning capability in NSW;
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality results;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in environmental science or a related field;
  • Significant experience in environmental planning, preferably in the Energy and Water sectors;
  • Strong project delivery and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Ability to lead teams and develop strategic relationships;
  • Knowledge of environmental assessment and management practices;
