We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our friendly team as Peak Trade Casuals during the busy Christmas period.

As a seasonal sales assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple areas within our stores, including customer-facing roles and back-of-house operations.

You will have exposure to ongoing training and development opportunities from day one, helping you grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service and support to customers across various product categories, including home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and games.
  • To work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • To maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • To perform tasks associated with processing transactions, handling customer queries, and maintaining stock levels.

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work throughout the period of early-September 2024 to the start of February 2025, with flexibility to work across multiple stores within a geographical area.
  • Ability to work seven days a week, with varying shift times, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and development programs.
