About This Role

The District Nurse is a key member of the healthcare team, delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive treatment outcomes.

They conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

This is an ongoing part-time position, working 64 hours per fortnight. The successful candidate will be paid $55.98 per hour.
