Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care support, including assistance with showering, grooming, and daily hygiene routines
  • Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment through household cleaning and laundry tasks
  • Cook simple, nutritious meals that cater to individual tastes and dietary needs
  • Assist with errands, accompany clients to shops, and provide transport to medical appointments
  • Engage clients in companionship, social outings, and home-based activities to promote mental wellbeing
  • Monitor and report changes in physical or emotional health, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Aging Support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A current Victorian Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle
  • A Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination evidence (as per public health orders)
