Retail Centre Portfolio Leader

This is a senior level position in our centre management team, recognised as a leader in delivering top-tier management to centres across Australia.
The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of centres, establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe and an inviting destination for customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in administering lease and licence requirements
- Manage tenancy schedules accurately
- Assist in preparing annual income and expenditure budgets
- Manage bank guarantees effectively
- Regularly inspect centres to ensure high presentation standards
- Monitor and follow up maintenance queries and works
- Establish strong relationships with occupiers and manage complaints
- Provide CAPEX recommendations to the facilities management team
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Manage arrears
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in property retail management
- Relevant education and qualifications
- Certificate of Registration / Agent's Representative (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills
- Proven time management and organisational abilities
- Current Driver's License (essential)
- Knowledge of centre operations and management
