About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience at Sussan. This involves providing styling advice, offering recommendations, and assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising.

Working collaboratively with your team, you will help achieve store sales targets and KPIs. This is a supervisory role that involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Assist with stock deliveries and visual merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Oversee the store, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage the team and ensure excellent customer service
