About the Position:

• Support and lead the team in delivering high-quality early learning and care, ensuring a seamless operation of the centre.
• Mentor and develop the capabilities of the centre team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• In the Centre Director's absence, effectively manage the centre, upholding the Goodstart Practice Guide and making informed decisions.
