Job Details
This role involves working within our inpatient unit service as an occupational therapist, providing expert occupational therapy group and individual interventions.
- Work collaboratively with participants, their networks, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve effective short-term interventions.
- Support group facilitation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development of the Wren team.
Key Requirements
- Passion for safe best practice and quality care.
- Patient-centred care delivery and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and enthusiastically.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in facilitating groups within acute mental health settings.
- Experience working within eating disorders and perinatal mental health.
- Experience working within an acute mental health inpatient unit.
