About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Designer to join our team in Glendenning. As a key member of the sales and production team, you will work closely with clients, design and manufacturing teams to deliver innovative products. This is a hands-on role requiring someone proactive with experience in design and build, and a good understanding of Solidworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and production teams to design and develop new products
• Utilize Solidworks to create 3D models and designs
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver products that meet their expectations
• Contribute to the development of new product lines and business opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design and manufacturing processes

About You:

• 3-4 years experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing
• Solidworks experience is essential
• Customer-first mindset and ability to go above and beyond for the customer
• Technical mindset and ability to translate and read architectural drawings into quotes
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly motivated
• Strong business acumen and highly numerate
• Confident with software and systems and exposure to Excel
