Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive business growth and sales
  • Order, merchandise, and stock products, ensuring visually appealing displays and correct pricing
  • Maintain in-store displays, ensuring products are showcased effectively and meet company standards
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives, driving sales and revenue growth

Requirements:


  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle required for frequent travel to store locations
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
