Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate occupational therapist to support our participants in achieving their goals. Our team adopts a multi-disciplinary approach, building quality services around the needs of our participants and their families.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with NDIS participants and be able to assess and develop tailored treatment plans. You will interpret findings to develop treatment goals and provide evidence-based interventions.

The role involves assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through clinical observations and standardized assessments. You will also support and advise on environmental adaptations and recommend assistive technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence.

To succeed in this role, you should have current registration with AHPRA as an occupational therapist, experience working with NDIS participants, and relevant insurances.
