About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Marsh McLennan as a Senior People Partner, reporting to the Pacific People Leadership Team. As a trusted advisor to several executives and their leadership teams, you will provide strategic guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and growth. Your expertise in HR business partnering, coaching, and organizational design will be essential in helping our business leaders achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a trusted advisor to several executives and their leadership teams, providing strategic guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and growth.
  2. Consult with business leaders on career and leadership development strategies, approach, and deployment.
  3. Consult with business leaders to conduct, monitor, and adjust workforce planning and succession processes as needed and develop an action plan, as well as reward strategy and related initiatives within their businesses.
  4. Provides high-level guidance on the development of metrics to measure results of organizational effectiveness interventions; collaborates with business and COE to monitor and optimize outcomes.
  5. Champions enterprise culture within business-specific environments. Consults leaders on high-level engagement strategies and objectives.
  6. Provides business perspective and promotes alignment to the overarching people strategy regarding policy matters that are identified by Employee Relations.
  7. Consults with business leaders, People Services, and COEs to determine metrics to best gauge HR performance.
  8. Working closely with the COEs, Strategy & Planning, and the People Experience teams manage the implementation of cyclical activity such as engagement, remuneration, and performance review, goal setting, talent review, pay equity, and development planning.
  9. Lead specific initiatives and priorities outlined within the Marsh McLennan annual people plan.
