We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Carer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing personalized care and support.

Job Description

As a Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times. Your role will involve assisting with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
