About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Trade Counter team in Noosa as a Plumbing Warehouse Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and trade counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers using a company vehicle
  • Undertake pick, pack, and stock control activities
  • Provide customer service and information about products
  • Help maintain a tidy and safe warehouse and trade counter environment
Requirements
  • Hold a forklift license (preferred)
  • Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service
  • Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information
  • Proficiency in using a computer and willingness to learn new systems
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
