About the Role

RPS is expanding its communications and engagement team in regional NSW, seeking professionals with extensive experience delivering engagement activities within large infrastructure projects.

As a Communications & Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering communications, community and engagement activities to support major projects. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across teams, manage high-paced projects and grow business relationships.

About Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications or a related field.
  • Community engagement acumen or stakeholder management experience in major greenfield infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge and experience delivering engagement approaches and social licence practices within approved frameworks.
  • Well-developed relationships with key regional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage high-paced projects and grow business relationships.
  • Exceptional planning, client engagement and execution abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 AUD based on national averages and industry standards.
