As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in making the holiday season sparkle for our customers. Whether it's assisting with decorating a Christmas tree, creating a welcoming atmosphere, or setting a festive table, you will help our customers add a touch of magic to their homes.

Requirements

We are looking for Holiday Assistants who are customer-focused, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Successful candidates will:

  • Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a love for beautiful homewares
  • Bring high energy, confidence, and a can-do attitude to team goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide seamless point-of-sale service that is engaging and efficient
  • Assist with operational tasks as required, such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and be involved in visual merchandising to maintain a high level of store presentation
  • Have great availability to work during peak trading periods, including evenings and weekends

Candidates with extensive availability over the holiday period and the ability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and Boxing Day, will be given preference.
