Small Schools Principals

We are seeking experienced educators to join our small schools recruitment pool for Level 1 and Level 2 principal positions.
This opportunity is open to both current and aspiring leaders who meet the eligibility criteria for Queensland College of Teachers registration.
The successful applicants will undergo a six-month principal preparation program, which includes intensive leadership workshops and work shadowing opportunities.
The program aims to develop participants' personal and professional capabilities, enabling them to lead small schools effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide educational leadership and guidance to teachers and staff
- To develop and implement school improvement plans
- To foster a positive school culture and community
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
- Relevant teaching experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
