In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, driving customer satisfaction, and building trusted relationships with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Client Satisfaction and Retention: Monitor and improve client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication.
- Service Delivery and Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and implement process improvements.
- Financial Management: Analyze customer profitability and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Communication and Influencing: Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
About You:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in account management or strategic consulting.
- Strong contract management, people management, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise government and commercial customers, including C-level executives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- ITIL Foundation v2/v3 certification and/or Service Design experience are highly regarded.
