Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality operational and project linkages.
  • Design and maintain databases for confidential data linkage.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including system and database design, test plans, and training manuals.
  • Support staff with data extraction and processing tasks.
  • Advise on study design, data linkage, and geocoding for client services staff and researchers.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics) with subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
  • Well-developed skills in database design and modeling, SQL query-writing, and database administration/management.
  • Experience in application development and understanding of data linkage processes and techniques.
  • Experience in coordinating complex projects including data security, management, quality assurance, and data confidentiality.
