Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is proud to partner with a multidisciplinary client providing comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents across various locations in Queensland.

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a General or Clinical Psychologist to join our client's team on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management services to clients within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Comprehensive Mental Health Services: Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management services to clients.
  • Individualised Intervention Plans: Conduct Psychology assessments and develop tailored intervention plans, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and align with best practices.
  • Holistic Assessment: Identify barriers and challenges to participation, using various assessment tools, including standardised measures when appropriate.
  • Therapeutic Support: Offer one-to-one sessions and lead group programmes to provide psychological treatment and counselling to support client well-being.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology.
  • Registration: Full registration with APS and AHPRA, meeting independent practice requirements.
  • Advanced Clinical Skills: Demonstrated experience in psychological testing and assessments across diverse presentations.
  • Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
