Civil Projects Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Projects Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe delivery of civil projects from definition through to completion.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to sub-contractor and internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and other relevant parties.
  • Coordinate all activities across the contract, including scheduling and programming of works.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and risk management processes.
  • Support the contract management system to ensure all maintenance or project activities are completed and contractual performance requirements are met.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or significant work experience in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a roads infrastructure environment, with a strong understanding of asset management principles.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
