Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Analyst to join our Procurement team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing tender, procurement advisory, and contract management activities in support of Gove Operations.
You will work closely with global and site key stakeholders to promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work ethic. Your responsibilities will include collecting and generating information and quality data about the sources and drivers of value creation through procurement, completing procurement risk assessments, developing and executing sourcing strategies, and managing award approvals and contract execution processes.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to safety and the wellbeing of yourself and your team. You will also need to have relevant experience in procurement, including sourcing, tender preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution. Additionally, you will need to have sound knowledge of procurement processes and principles, with strong influencing, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities.
You will be working in a dynamic environment, building a high level of trust through open and transparent relationships and engagements. You will also need to operate supplier performance management processes and manage day-to-day integration processes with suppliers.
