Concession Manager - Myer Bondi - NSW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concession Manager to join our team at Myer Bondi in NSW. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.

Requirements:
