Landscape Maintenance Team Leader Job Description

This role involves leading a team of two, overseeing daily tasks, and ensuring high-quality work presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General landscape garden maintenance of lawns, hedges, trees, and weed control
  • Basic irrigation system maintenance, testing, and repairs
  • Application of herbicides and pesticides
  • Operation of company vehicles and equipment
  • Team management to achieve timelines and standards
  • Effective communication with management and customers

The successful candidate will have prior experience in landscape maintenance, a minimum of 12 months experience in a leading hand/team leader role, and hold a White Card. They will also be able to set and achieve their own goals, work independently, and present themselves well.
