Strings Tutor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strings Tutor to join our vibrant co-curricular music program. The ideal candidate will have experience in strings performance and tuition, with the ability to prepare students for formal examinations through AMEB, Trinity College, etc, as well as supporting the ensemble program repertoire.

The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching strings to students of various levels, from beginners to advanced players. They will work closely with other music teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of our students.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for music with our students and contribute to their musical growth and development.

To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement, be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment, and have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

We are committed to safeguarding children and adults at risk and expect all staff to share this commitment. Applicants must undergo a Working With Children check before commencing employment with us.

  • Teach strings to students of various levels, from beginners to advanced players;

Requirements
