The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a store strategy to drive year-on-year sales growth
- Monitoring and analyzing financial targets, and implementing changes to improve performance
- Ensuring the store is effectively staffed to meet seasonal demands
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Managing people management activities in accordance with company practices and values
- Building a high-performance and safe work culture within the store
- Providing a great customer experience and achieving high sales standards
Benefits of the Role
- Base salary starting from $110,000 + Super, depending on the roster
- Up to $5,000 per month in commission
