Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Allied Health Assistant to join our team in Residential Aged Care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting older people to stay active, independent and connected to their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting mobility and functional programs for residents
  • Assisting with restorative therapy to improve resident outcomes
  • Facilitating falls prevention and active ageing group sessions to promote resident well-being
  • Collaborating with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and care staff to deliver resident-centred support

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent experience. Current Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are encouraged to apply.
